Emma Bale

Emma Bale

Emma Bale’s rise has been nothing short of meteoric. At just 17, she became the youngest-ever winner of the Best Female Solo Artist at the 2016 MIA Awards. She was a waif-like girl with an acoustic guitar—and some massive hits like ‘Fortune Cookie’ (with Milow) and ‘Run’ (in the style of Lost Frequencies). After that, everything changed. The fragile singer-songwriter transformed into a pop princess, in the vein of Florence + The Machine and Ellie Goulding. The new Emma Bale made her debut in 2018 with a half-hour mini-concert at Werchter, leaving a strong impression. ‘Emma Bale is steadily growing into a credible pop star. You’ll be hearing more from her.’ (De Morgen). Her album ‘333’ (2024) confirms her pop potential.  The songs are half in English, one-third in Dutch, one-sixth in French, but the sound is all her own. And ready for the world stage.
